These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of postcore's services, API, website, and documentation (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing our API, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
postcore provides a social media scheduling API that enables developers to programmatically schedule and publish posts to LinkedIn and Bluesky on behalf of their end-users. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
postcore offers the following subscription plans:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.
We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Your account is subject to monthly post scheduling limits based on your subscription plan. Posts are counted based on when they are scheduled, not when they are published.
The API is subject to platform-specific rate limits:
You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose. Abusive usage patterns, including but not limited to attempting to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas, may result in account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for complying with all terms of service of the social media platforms you connect through postcore, including:
Social media platforms may change their APIs, policies, or terms at any time. postcore is not responsible for disruptions to the Service caused by platform changes beyond our control.
You agree NOT to:
postcore and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of content you post through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the right to transmit, store, and deliver your content to the social media platforms you designate.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of credentials and secure API authentication. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the Service. Deleted data may be retained in backups for up to 30 days.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.
Support is provided through our documentation and email support during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday-Friday).
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, we do not provide service level agreements (SLAs) for uptime or performance.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless postcore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except where prohibited by law.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and postcore regarding the Service.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate.
Your relationship with postcore is that of independent contractors. These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
